Two holes line up perfectly, the other two need to be elongated towards center 1/4" each. My trailer now sit about 2 1/2" higher. I got tired of replacing my waste valves because they were so low, they were easily damaged by uneven roads. Very happy with the conversion. The Dexter part# is K71-724-01 the 01 means 1 set for single axle trailers.

Hope this helps someone.
