The sink has two connectors--one that works like a sink faucet.  The other connector that has a longer connector with a sprayer hose, which I'm envisioning can be used as an outdoor shower.

You will also find a area where you can ice down drinks complete with drain hole.  

At the end of the day, you have to get the trailer that speaks to you and says, "pick me."

I love the idea of an outside kitchen since we spend most of our time outside, including cooking.  But the room it takes up could be better used as living space inside, and a kitchen can be built outside using commercial "camp kitchens" or make-your-own, plus adding a portable grill and/or stove.  We haven't added an outside sink yet but it is on my to-do list, and we usually use an electric burner to cook on.  A propane stove could be used, too.  My 2 cents.

 

In answer to your question,  I offer this:  It is just a matter of what you like and works well for you.  If you don't like the outdoor kitchen, then (myself) I would not go that way.  Dealerships will negotiate with you, so again, go with the one you like the best (if they'll match the price).  Again, welcome!
