Could be that water got in and caused some of the wood structure to swell, or that something else is happening to cause the walls to bow out.&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>That's pure speculation, but it's where my mind is leading me.</div>]]>

If it is the newer style roof, I think it did have a multi-year warranty, but my memory might be faulty. However, in getting it caulked by a non-FR dealer, that might be a moot point. Still, it wouldn't hurt to check.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=6047" rel="nofollow">ArenaBlanca</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 15936<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29 Feb 2024 at 10:24am<br /><br />We have late 2019 early 2020 R-pod 195.&nbsp; This year we noticed a couple of splits in the roofing material and I noticed that the roofing material appear to be coming loose along one side.&nbsp;&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>We took the camper to our local repair place (who is not a Forest River dealer) in preparation for the upcoming camping season.&nbsp; They reported that the entire roof appeared to be shrinking and while the caulked roof would last a year or two, we should consider replacing the entire roof (time frame not specified).&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>I was wondering if anyone else had encountered this issue?&nbsp; It seems to be rather unusual for a 5 year old R-Pod.</div>]]>
