Jon, would you park your RV there for the same reason?  Is it in a safe neighborhood/business area?  I would ask Walmart if it is allowed.  I would doubt if they would be in agreement that you sell your vehicle there.

We recently sold our 2013 Explorer on FB marketplace and listed it in a 5 county area near us.  Sold it within a week for the price we were asking for as well.  Did the same for a set of Michelin Latitude X-Ice snows as well that were from the Explorer.  Took a month but once again, sold them for the $300 asking price.
