When we replaced decals on our 179, we purchased from RVDecalsDirect.com. They will be expensive because they use a higher quality sign vinyl which will stand up to the elements better. It's not an easy job so be prepared. The image does not have depth, but the size is 4000x3000 pixels. I typically do what StephenH does and reduce the size to 1024x768, but 800x600 is fine too.

If you are using a computer, you can re-size the photo using a program called GIMP (Gnu Image Manipulation Program) or other image manipulation program. I resize mine to 800x600 mostly. It's only 300+k, but the photo size is 4032x3024 pixels.  1024x768 is fine for this forum.  

I have no idea how to make the iPhone do that.

The front decal of my Pod has gotten extremely faded. (the back on is fine) Any suggestions on where to purchase a new one? Cost? How to replace?
