I know that ebikes can get pretty heavy, so I would check into your tongue weight before planning on putting 2 ebikes on a tongue bike carrier. I use one for our two bikes, but they are standard bikes and only weigh about 20 lbs or so each. Unless Forest River has significantly changed the back "bumper" on the 192, I would not trust it to carry more than the spare tire. F.R. specified one bicycle carrier as being the only one permitted without voiding the warranty. I would opt for a Stromberg-Carlson Bike Bunk teamed with one of their bicycle carriers to put the bikes on the tongue as opposed to hanging them off the back. We had a 2017 179 and I remember that the receiver on the back was very light duty and only suitable for the spare tire. Not sue if Forest River has upgraded that but ours would never have been able to handle the weight of an ebike.  That being said, also remember to use only an RV rated bike carrier for the back of the camper. These carriers are very sturdy and engineered to handle the shock forces associated with the back end of a camper.

I currently own a Wolf Pup and since we are officially empty nesters we are looking to 'downsize' to an R-Pod in the very near future.  We are currently looking at the 196.

Quick question for experienced Podders....particularly those who travel with heavy ebikes, what solutions do you have for transporting your bikes?  With our current set-up we put one bike in the camper and use a bike rack on the bumper of the camper for the second bike.  What are the ways anyone has done to transport their ebikes?
