Even if you rarely boondock it seems worthwhile. I dont understand the flooding issue, it doesn't seem possible for it to be in bypass&nbsp; mode long enough to fill the fwt. Was the shower left on by accident perhaps?&nbsp;&nbsp;]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=12331" rel="nofollow">BGN</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 15483<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08 Oct 2022 at 10:03am<br /><br />We found out about the showermizer after the flood.&nbsp; Noone told us about this device.&nbsp; Should have been explained to us during the walk through when we bought it.&nbsp; We aren't new to rving.&nbsp; had everything from popups to diesel pusher and tagalong to 5th wheel.&nbsp; This was something new we hadn't heard of so would have been nice to have it pointed out and explained.&nbsp; We still don't know for sure.&nbsp; The dealer can't get it to replicate.&nbsp; They did open the cover of the bottom of r v and let it dry out a couple of days.&nbsp; Now they're saying they think it might be something strange that may or may not happen again.&nbsp;&nbsp;<div>We will have to keep close eye to keep from flooding again and may be catch if happens again.&nbsp; Needless to say, we are pretty frustrated.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>We've taken 4 trips in this new unit.&nbsp; 3 trips had to be cut short because of problems with unit.&nbsp; The 1st 2 were because when dealer installed solar panels they didn't install the control box.&nbsp; When we went on 1st trip.&nbsp; It was over charging the battery and popping breakers inside.&nbsp; When we took to dealer they found nothing.&nbsp; We took 2nd trip and it happened again.&nbsp; We paid for a mobile unit to come out and look at rv/&nbsp; He tested battery and found very high voltage.&nbsp; Took back to dealer when we got back.&nbsp; They finally checked this out and sure enough needed a control box.&nbsp; Now this.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>]]>

That's what it is designed to do. Just turn your water pump on and use the water in the tank.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=8731" rel="nofollow">JR</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 15483<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05 Oct 2022 at 2:21pm<br /><br />What do you mean that you "flooded your fresh water tank"?&nbsp; Does that mean that you were hooked up to city water supply only and had no water in you fresh water tank when you connected to the city water supply?&nbsp; If that is the case your watermizer shower head is not the culprit but a leaky check valve just down stream of the fresh water pump can leak causing the fresh water tank to fill up while using the city water connection in the trailer.&nbsp; Hope this helps.]]>
