If you can figure out how to use the convection oven/microwave, everything else will be easy.

Welcome TEvans to your 24/7 owners manual and to this forum.  Video as much as possible when you are going through your new 193 with the sales staff.  There will be information overload and you may 'forget' some of the important details during the walk-thru presentation.

We didn't do that when we picked up our 177 back in March 2011.   However the salesman spent over 2 hours with us going through everything possible and even going over a few items twice.  Not having a phone with recording capability then, we wrote as much down as possible, which was a good thing.  Enjoy and have a safe journey.

Hello TEvans. Welcome to the forum. Probably the one thing you should know is that it isn't a house. It is a rolling earthquake. Understand that things will shake loose and you will have to do maintenance. Everything else is details.
