The friction hinges can get stiff enough that the metal will bend. ]]>

I used a sledge hammer and a block of wood and hit the hinges to straighten them and the frame of the door opposite the hinge side. The door now is a perfect fit opens and closes with no problem and is air and water tight. Not sure of the problem you are having but this might give you some ideas how to fix it.]]>

If you can't tighten them, then try removing them, filling the holes then re-drilling and re-installing the screws. It would be a lot less expensive than buying a new door. If you can find some Tri-Flow or other lubricant containing Teflon, that may help. with lubricating the hinges. Neither silicone nor WD-40 do that much good.]]>

When closing the door, you can watch the door pull away from the frame. This has caused an adjustment issue. Had to remove the striker plate, just to open and close the door. I have lubricated the hinges several times, It does not help. I just don't know any other way to remedy the issue.]]>
