When you purchased it, the dealer should have showed you the location for the valve/valves. However, it is also possible that something was connected wrong or the pump or strainer connections may simply not have been properly tightened. Unfortunately, without being able to see it, I can't really say. Check all connections to make sure they are tight and that the winterizing valve and the water heater bypass valve/valves is/are set correctly. Please let us know what you find and if you fixed it.

We turned on the pump and have no water.
Some water is leaking out Uber the sink area.
This is a new unit that had been winterized.
Are we missing something we need to do to get this working?
