    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=11906" rel="nofollow">Nguill01</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 15366<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11 Jul 2022 at 6:33pm<br /><br />Hi everyone!&nbsp; Have a 2009 RP174.&nbsp; I hit a bump on the way home from a camping trip and noticed my slide became loose at the bottom (almost as if it wasn't connected).&nbsp; Since I purchased RV the top of the slide bounces in and out a little bit too much for comfort, so I purchased a slide lock bar on to place interior to hold it tight inward at the top while in tow.&nbsp; When I got home pulled the bar out at the top and tried to extend slide.&nbsp; Motor ran but slide didn't move in or out.&nbsp; After research, i'm assuming there are shear pins that sheared are or now missing.&nbsp; Does this sound right and the solution to my issue?&nbsp; If so, Can i purchase any shear pin to replace or does it have to be exactly what was there?&nbsp; I'm having a hard time figuring all of this out.&nbsp; Thanks for any advice.]]>
