Anniefranz, just noticed your address is Traverse.  Could that be Traverse City, MI?  If so we are probably about 30 miles NE of you in Kewadin.

Congratulations on your purchase!  Welcome to your 24/7 owners manual.  I missed your post on the battery issue you have.  What is wrong with it?  Maintenance is key to longevity for these batteries.  Do not draw down below 12.2v before recharging and keep an eye on the electrolyte levels.  Keep the outside of the battery clean, especially at the posts.  If any corrosion begins make a solution of baking soda and water, brush on and rinse off.

Hi!  I just sold my Scamp that my Husband couldn’t stand up in.  We drove 10 hrs to snag a 2020 180 Rpod.  Can’t wait to sleep in a camper with a bed you can fit in!  I’ve already made use of this site asking about a beeping co2 detector.  I now have some ideas to find out what’s wrong starting with the battery as advised.  I will probably buy the new flush mount as advised.
