As the sag in the tank flattens, you will get water dripping. The only other possibility is that the city water connection is seeping through the check valve in the water pump. If you put the cap back on and your tank fills, that will verify that it is a check valve issue. The way to resolve is to have enough water in the tank to run the pump. Let it cycle several times and whatever is in the check valve should be flushed out. Even so, you might still have water dripping unless you tilt the RPod and get more water out of the drain so that it is not high enough to be at the level of the drain.

I have no problems using water from the tank. I fill with fresh water and put in the appropriate amount of Camco Tastepure Drinking Water Freshener. It is essentially bleach, but made for drinking water, so it keeps the water in the tank safe to drink. Since it is made for that purpose, I am pretty sure it does not have any added ingredients that could be harmful. That is not necessarily the case with laundry bleach. When I flipped the water pump switch, a quick sound, then nothing. I looked at the water pump, it's dry. I've never used it, it's like new. Noticed it said use 10AMP fuse on top of water pump. I couldn't find a fuse other than in the panel, and none are blown there. ??

I found a water leak on the floor of my 2016 R-pod 171. I was hooked up to a house hose. I've never used the fill tank but I took the drain plug cap off and a lot of water came out. Turned the water back on and that worked. Maybe the previous owner had left water in the tank. So I left the plug cap off and overnight it's still dripping slowly. Is that normal? Or is the shoreline hookup leaking somehow into the tank? I don't where to look for a possible leak.

Multiple possibilities, but it is likely that the water in the tank comes through the check valve in the pump. Sometimes, a bit of something gets stuck in it and it allows water from the city water connection to flow into the tank. Now, a slow drip could be that the bottom of the tank is flattening out as the water pressure is no longer pushing it down. It can drip for quite a while.

Now, water inside is a different issue. Check the tightness of all the drain connections. I had a problem there when we first got ours and found that the kitchen sink drain had not been properly tightened. Then check the connections for all faucets and the toilets. Unless something mechanically punctured one of the water lines (like an errant staple), they should not leak. You are using a pressure limiter I hope. If not, you should be. Pressure should not exceed about 50 PSI.

This should stop the fresh water tank from adding water when connected to city water. On a side note, our low point drains also have 1/2" NPT plugs, not straight thread that would require an oring.
It's not the shower. It was just under the drawers. When I drained the fresh water tank it went away.I think the tank was full. I had never used it, thinking the city water hose connection bypassed it. But the previous owners could have left water in it. I left the cap off the fresh water tank low drain and it's barely leaking, only out of the low drain on the water tank. Only a drop every couple seconds. I don't know if that is normal or not, but it is something I can live with if I have to because it's not leaking elsewhere. I have a water pressure regulator, and have ordered the kind with the adjustible gauge. The hot water tank area is dry.

Thanks for responding, have a blessed Easter!
Richard
