After a few fits and starts I ended up opening the device and found the battery to be leaky.&nbsp; Got a new one (also no small thing because there no real shopping here; it was a 9 volt and I had to go the 3 places).<div><br></div><div>All's well that ends well though. They've been fine so I know they are connected correctly. Water level is good.&nbsp;</div></div><div><br></div><div>I disconnected them from each other and tested them separately 15.4</div><div><br></div><div>Could the problem be my voltmeter? Any other thoughts?</div><div><br></div><div>I appreciate the help.</div>]]>
