Garmin makes a dedicated RV unit and one has a 10" screen! They are pretty new, so I didn't find and discounts in a quick search. For now maybe you can add avoidance. I don't have a specialty GPS, but have you looked at a gps that is designed for semi-trucks? I have seen them before in stores and online. They are a bit more expensive but would keep you off routes that are car only.

Good luck in your hunt and have a great day,

Andy
