As of Last Wednesday .... Wife & I being 2nd owners of a 2018 / 179 Hood River. unit bone stock outside a battery cut off switch for tow vehicle isolation. used so very little it looks inside and out barely to have been used. kept under a cover/s. was told cover is #2 and its now shot too. Already been after making it our own !!! Removed the right side dinette ottoman / seat, removed the left too and REMOVED all the roundness sticking out making is just a minimal box covering the plumbing / wires. stretched, cut & stapled the fabric back in place looking factory. Now just a side table for who ever is on that side of dinette. Added an indoor / outdoor thermometer, outside bubble levels, interior wall clock, a 74" wide x 20" deep closet shelf over the front window shade box covers over the bed being screwed and silicone glued with siding mounting brackets. getting after gooping up the roofs flashing / caulking voids in around Vent, Heater vent and Antenna. So it starts ....

We have owned a 4Wheel pop up for near30 years now that was/is on the back of our 93 toyota 4x4 PU RV camping in the extreme has been our past spending countless days in the back country way off the grid !!

We retired the BMW K1200 touring bike and trailer a few years ago after 20 + years of M/C touring camping as well.

Now we're seniors and needing to back it down a few notches ... quite a few actually.

Tow rig a 2005 Toyota Tundra 4x4 crew cab ... Bilsteins on all 4's and Firestone air bags. Factory tow package w/ controller already in place.

Now we start our PODDING adventures.
