welcome to the forum. there are lots of good people here with hundreds of years of rv travels collectively. Just about any topic you can imagine has been discussed. As mentioned, Search is your friend.  Once you find the outrigger posts, rad it and digest all of the posts. then you can ask any of the posters directly through private emails or post here so all can see and learn.
the outriggers take some work to get installed correctly, but they do the intended job. I made a fairly detailed description of how I did it and included some pictures.  Other owners also gave advice and different methods that worked.

I only know John M. through his YouTube channel where we discussed my problem.
From Michigan, yes and no. I was born in Detroit but have lived in California since I was 3.

Welcome to this forum, your 24/7 owners manual.  I see you posted your problem already.  You can also search past topics under the "search" tab, next to the FAQ at the top of this page(this has been discussed) and look for remedies on how this was addressed.

Hopefully you will get this solved to your satisfaction and be able to enjoy your pod as you travel this spectacular country.  Knowing John M. are you also from Michigan?

Hello,
We have a 2017 HR 178 and love it. Have had it for a couple of years now.
I was referred to this forum by John Marucci after we discussed my problem of the slide side of the Rpod  sagging and not being able to get it back square.

is there a topic here where I can post my problem?
