Could be the tow vehicle battery being still connected via the 7 way masked that the trailer battery connections were open? In any case, glad you found the problem. Starting at the source and working through is often the best way to troubleshoot ectrical issues. I FIGURED IT OUT!

The red and black wires had been connected to the battery terminal end were connected ON TOP of the washers, INSTEAD OF UNDER THEM!!! Forest River assembly, once again.

I started at the beginning, and I looked at the terminal wire connection on the battery, and I was like -shouldn't the wire be UNDER the washer?!?!?!?!  I put the wire under the washer and VOILA, DC power everywhere.

The washer appears to be corroded.  I guess until it corroded it could still pass current.  Why it coincided with the 7 way cable breaking, I don't know.  The wire and the terminal were never in contact directly, only thru the washer.

The manual for the power panel has a troubleshooting guide.  Following those instructions, it says

"Look for an inline fuse.  Some manufacturers install inline fuses."

I haven't found one yet.

OK I have dropped the underbelly cover and I have verified that there is no 12v circuit reset.  All fuses in the fuse panel appear to be good.

I do not have any DC power to the lights, jack, etc UNLESS I am connected to shore power or towing vehicle.

With a multimeter I was able to determine that I do have power from:
Batteries >
7 way cable >
all the  junctions or splitters under the belly of the trailer.

Now the red wire heads towards the back of the trailer, and I assume, comes up thru the floor near the power center panel.

What should I check next?

Yes the 7 way cable was severed.  Now I only have power when plugged into shore or to the towing vehicle.  I saw that other forest rivers have a little 12V reset button kinda like I have on my solar.  Some said theirs was under the trailer frame.  Others had a small reset button on the side of the junction where the red wire connects at the junction box.  Herre are pictures:

If by cord you mean the cable to your 7 way connector to the tow vehicle I don't know of any manual reset circuit breaker on that line. Did you check the fuses in the panel? My cord got severed and that tripped the 12V circuit breaker system.

Does anyone know where the r12V reset button/switch is on the 2021 Rpod 192?  Ive seen pictures of other models' buttons and I have felt my fingers all around the power junction for the red wires under the belly of the 192 and I can;t find it.
