Our 196 had a similar leak on the inside. Turned out to be a lose hose connection under the bathroom sink. My year-old 196 has a mysterious leak that seems to be clean water - at least, it's not toilet water.

Once in a while, we see clean water along the base of the wall around the toilet, but no sign of the leak coming from the toilet itself. This water may also show on the opposing side of this wall near the bed area below the TV/media box. This is very small, perhaps a tablespoon or two at most.

More recently, a larger amount of water drains from the protective cover beneath the trailer, near the connection for the black water drain to its tank. This is noted when the trailer is being prepared to move after being used on site; the trigger appears to be the process of raising and lowering the tongue, and the rocking moves the water to the hole in the protective cover near that joint.

No sign of black water or even grey - but the problem seems more pronounced in cooler weather conditions. This may, however, be my imagination.
