The pan can not be removed without removing the walls. The entire shower curtain rail and tracking goes. Then the plastic rivet holding the walls top and bottom gets removed by pulling the small protrusion. Easier said then done on some. Believe they are 1 inch and available at Lowe’s. Then then entire wall enclosure comes out but Forest River put strips of one sided tape on the walls 2 on each. I have no idea why. Then the hard part unscrewing the drain assembly from the drain pipe. Good luck on that one. I am replacing the drain with a metal one with a cross at the bottom so I can use a drain wrench. Tomorrow rebuilding the platform with 3/4 inch plywood and do this right. It is a horrible design and on top of that there was no gasket on the drain. Part numbers pan 27-09-Pan. (I-222) desc: 27””round off white 9” skirt. Made by SEA which is possibly KBRS but still looking into that. The walls are part number 27-65-wall ( I-226-02) 27” by 27” 65 inch tall color off white. Going to fix this leaky shower once and for all. Great forum hope this helps someone in the future. ( the pan is screwed into the wall) behind the plastic shower wall)]]>

I am aware of all the problems and the fix. First does anyone know if the pan can be removed without removing the walls to the shower. Second a part number for the plastic pan itself as I have a small crack possibly patchable but if not. Third a good reachable number for parts Dept Forest River. ]]>
