Yeah, 14mm on a 2021 171...have this on order for mine...appears it won't be manufactured & delivered until season has passed up here however...

Just thinking out loud here.  I suppose if you cannot return the awning you have three options:  Purchase the correct size of plastic line to fit the 14mm keder rail and take that to a sewing shop/upholstery shop where they could take the old out and replace it with the proper sized line or 2) remove your original keder rail and purchase keder rail that matches the size that your awning has and screw the new rail into place or 3) (my choice) purchase an awning that will match the 14mm size already on your 171.

Your keder rail size is 14mm.  This was started with the 2011 models which is what we purchased back in January 2011.  Keder rail sizes on the 2009-2010 models was 9 mm.

So... (sigh)... trying to find an awning for this camper has been a nightmare. The manufacturers of awnings right to my dealer go MIA and I just can't seem to get some answers. Does anyone know the rail size diameter of this model? Is this a standard size? I bought a Rally Pro200 (2021) tent awning and I'm having a heck of a time keeping the awning into the rail as I try and string it through. I may have to "jimmy" something to connect this awning. I love it and don't want to send it back but I need to understand the rail systems on campers in order to figure something out:)
