Low air pressure being under 40 psi. What would cause this is construction debris.&nbsp; Hope this helps.]]>

I HAVE HOT AND COLD IN THE SHOWER AND TOILET WORKS <br />I HAVE HOT WATER IN THE KITCHEN AND THE COLD BARELY STREAMS OUT.
