That is the OBD2 port. On our F150 there was a connector behind the dash where the TBC plugs in. I just removed the cover (had to push in a couple of tabs). The TBC plugs into that spot and it's just like OEM. I bet your Silverado is similar.]]>

That port looks like your OBD2 port (On board diagnostic port).
