Great review HH.  Now in my case the purchase date was January 2011 with pickup in March 2011 for our 177.  There were a total of ZERO warranty claims, unit came super clean with no debris or funky workmanship to contend with.  Of course times change, as that was over 10 years ago.

Oh wait. It's Forest River...OF COURSE there will be warranty claims....duh.

I purchased my 192 from Keystone RV Center in Greencastle, PA. Had a great experience, purchased an incoming unit that was delayed because of the Forest River plant fire. Waited 3 months, when unit finally came in salesperson called me immediately and arranged a detailed delivery of the unit. The dealer held to their original price even though there was a price increase and many other dealers gouging their customers. Highly recommend Keystone and will probably purchase our next RV from them, God willing.
