We are working on it. My dealer has ordered a new window and we are waiting for it to arrive. Mine is not the first he has had to replace. Hello Lookout1950,

Our 196 has this issue as well, just noticed it here recently. Guess I will add this to the list for the dealer when it goes in for service next month. 

Were you able to get yours repaired?

That is definitely a warranty item as you have lost the seal between the two layers of glass.  We had the same happen to a large picture window in our home a few years ago, same scenerio, same result.  Had to replace the whole unit.
