+1  Didn't consider that OG as that is usually not an issue in the north country but obviously is in most other parts of our land.

Could be a bad breaker but it's more likely the breaker is just doing its job and there's a fault somewhere. It's highly unlikely that both the gfci and a breaker would go bad at hr same time.

Disconnect everything you have connected to your receptacles and see if that clears it. If not then you'll need to starts hunting for what's causing it. One commonly reported problem is excess moisture in the trailer getting into the receptacles. High humidity/rain can do that. Normally you simply turn (flip) the switch all the way to the off position and then turn back to on.  If they won't re-set after that than it would appear the breaker switches are toast.  I have had one GFCI in my house do that, a Wadsworth, wouldn't re-set, so purchased a new one-problem solved.
