Eighty PSI is the max and acheives the max load capacity. You can use the Goodyear chart in the link to choose a lesser pressure if you decide the trailer innards are bounced around too much.

You didn't state the tire size, but if they are 225/75s, the smallest LREs, 55 to 60 PSI will be plenty. The axle is rated at 3500 pounds.

Depends on the load range of tire. If it reads load range "D" go with 65 psi. If load range is "E" use 80 psi. Load range "D" tires are 8 ply whereas load range "E" are 10 ply tires, extremely stiff. Make sure you got your wheels speed balanced for best and smooth performance.
