Do his suggested steps first to be sure you know where the leak is, water tends to move sideways especially in plywood.

I suppose if you knew exactly where the leak was from underneath you could remove the tank, cut out a small section of plywood, carefully fix the leak without damaging the finished floor, then add and seal a piece of plywood under the hole. Then put the tank back. I think I'd prefer to fix it from above and just refinish the floor.

OTOH if there is much water damage in the plywood you'll need a reinforcing patch underneath anyway.

What sink are you talking about? Is it the bathroom sink? Is it the kitchen sink? It will make a difference. Where is it leaking? You can't get to it from underneath. Those lines run inside the RPod. They run partially in the floor itself. Are you sure it is the line that is leaking? Please check to see that there are no loose fittings. Some of those are hidden.
