Then you can get it in for service to repair the problem.]]>

And yes, read up on the Schwintek instructions.<br />I have extended warranty still including the slide out, so if all else fails but need to have it in to take it in somewhere.<br />I'd rather try to figure out myself though, in case it happens again.<br /><br />thank you!<br />]]>

It has a display which should help you troubleshoot. Battery is charged, hooked up to house power.<br />When I press the button, only one side will come in about 3 inches. I've checked the sides, nothing blocking it inside or out. <br />Any suggestions would be great!<br />thanks]]>
