I love when your walking on the beach, or where ever, and their dog, comes running full speed at your dog, and they yell, " don't worry, he's friendly"  and I used to say, " Mine isn't, and he probably going to tear it apart". My (now deceased) boxer mix wasn't real fond of dogs running at him. He was friendly, but not if approached that way.

They are some of the same folks who run their generators all night.  Or set up klieg lights and leave them on all night.

Exactly. My dog is never off-leash and I really resent folks who let theirs roam and antagonize mine.
