Double check to make sure the medicine cabinet is properly mounted to the studs and not just hanging on the 1/8" wall board. One fix you might consider, if changing the shelf brackets in the pantry hasn't already addressed it; I added quarter round in the corners inside the door frame on each side from just above the bottom shelf to just above the top one. The shelves kept sliding forward against the pantry door and blocking it till then. Also put a couple command hooks on the wall left of the sink to hang the sink cover on to get it out of the way and added a paper towel holder above the sink per DW's direction. Taking the ottomans out opens things up nicely. Can see why you put doors under the full queen bed; I just stored enough stuff there that it added too much to the tongue weight. Have fun!
Dual batts will add about 100 lbs and an additional cylinder about 40 lbs. If you need those mods you are probably a boon docker so might be carrying water too. Depending on what model you have that can add another 150-200 lbs to the tongue. You can easily end up well over 500 lbs, so be sure your tow vehicle is good for that.

For dual batteries most folks go with two 6V golf cart batteries in series. Battery size is GC2. You will need new battery cases as well, and a single battery jumper. These will fit in the existing battery rack without modification.

There are several mounting kits for dual cylinders available. You will need to remove the existing single tank and mount the new kit. You can get an automatic switchover too.
