    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=10424" rel="nofollow">ChewadaJ</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 14041<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23 Sep 2020 at 8:09am<br /><br /><div>I'm in the middle of tearing down and rebuilding the inside of my rpod after some extreme water damage (see other postings....long story).</div><div><br></div><div>I'm looking at recaulking the seams, and had 2 questions.&nbsp; <br></div><div><br></div><div>Does anyone have any tips?!&nbsp; Those&nbsp; trim pieces are so slight, my technique I've used in other places caulking wont' work.&nbsp; Normally I'm used to caulking on an inside angle, or at least where there is a more significant dip in the area than an 1/8".&nbsp; I've yet to do this part, but wondering how the&nbsp; factory people do them.</div><div><br></div><div>Second, I've taken off one side of the trim on the bottom completely on the side of the fridge, to help with the drying process since I can't get to the floor there.&nbsp; Underneath the trim, there is a sticky soft substance (reminds me of the stuff you hang posters with on a wall), that I'm guessing helps keep the water out also.&nbsp; I saw on one thread a factory person said it was even more important than the caulk.&nbsp; <br></div><div><br></div><div>What is this called?&nbsp; <br></div><div><br></div><div>Thank you rpod owners!<br></div>]]>
