If not then you can use the gauge of the wires going to them to determine what the ratings should be. Here's a table of conductor current ratings, the cb ratings should be that or the next LOWER rating available, never higher. Use the 60C copper conductor column. The gauge should be printed on the wire insulation, or if not the you can use scraps of wire of different know gauge to compare to, or use a micrometer to measure their diameter.

https://www.usawire-cable.com/pdf/nec-ampacities.pdf

Jumpering it defeats its safety function and could cause a fire. Would you jumper a breaker in your home panelboard? 12V circuits can cause a fire just as easily if not easier than 120V ones.

Do you have a multimeter? If so you can use it to check if you have +12V to the breaker and out of the breaker. If its tripping then pull the 12V fuses one at a time to see which circuit is causing the problem.

If you don't have a multimeter you should get one. They're not expensive and are an essential tool when troubleshooting electrical problems.

BTW, in your trailer panel, the circuit breakers are for the 120Vac circuits, the fuses are for the 12V circuits.
