If it is like our 179, it is the switch for the outside light. Don't be afraid to turn it on and off. We just purchased a 2017 RP180 and we're towing with a 2016 Toyota Highlander.
What is that brown on/off switch just below the slide out switch. It is switched to off and I don't want to switch it, if I don't know what it does.
