Can be replaced, normally after toilet is removed. The valve can freeze if water is left in it during winter storage. Procedure is well documented on line. Should have nothing to do with water pump.

I was sketchy because I thought it was difficult to explain, sorry! I the middle below the hinge where the pipe comes up there is a black object connected to the tube. It seems to be leaking from there. How it got to the floor I am not sure, I am still trying to spot that. But the big spraying link is below the hinge behind the toilet.

There is nothing under the floor but the connection from the toilet to the black tank. Above the floor you have the water inlet and the toilet flush valve. They can be faulty and leak. The freshwater tank is emptied by the water pump, is it working?

We got home and tried to make all the water work. Works fine with the city water, but as I was trying to figure out the problem all the sudden the toilet is leaking from underneath the floor. I was hoping somebody could identify this part so I can order it and replace it please. Thank you in advance! Once I fix the toilet, I will try to figure out why the water isn’t pumping[Picture

In the middle below the hinge where the pipe comes up there is a black object connected to the tube.
