Not sure what you mean by "black ball joints"--but the pieces that connect the R Dome to the side walls of the Pod are just small suction cups on our dome.  they weren't very good so we bought much better replacements at one of the big box home improvement stores. Something like this

Hey all, I'm brand new to the form and brand new to the RV world and learning as I go. I just recently bought a 2015 178 from a private party and getting it ready for some real long term travel. I'm trying to be as prepared as possible. 

The RPod came with the big tent accessory which is awesome but... the bag was missing some small pieces - one of the little black ball joints that connect the unit to the tent pole. Also missing are the little hooks that connect the side of the tent to the unit. 

Maybe this is minor but I'd like to have them. Does anyone know where I could purchase these little pieces???
