Overstock.com sells a 4" memory foam mattress for a reasonable price...I think the double size is under $100.

If you are noticing a sag in the bed already take it back to the dealer and ask for a replacement. We wish to replace our queen size mattress in our Pod. Has anyone tried to stuff a queen size mattress into the existing space. It seems that the length of the existing mattress is 75 inches which would be too small for a queen mattress bought at a regular store. Would like to avoid buying from a trailer dealer. A double bed is the right length but is a bit shorter in width. I was thinking of converting the left over space created by a double bed for storage of bedding or towels, etc. Our trailer was bought at a 3 day open house and with probably thousands of people sitting on the edge of the bed there is a noticible sag in that part of the bed.
