   <title>Virtual Camping :  Last year for field day a group...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=9179" rel="nofollow">podwerkz</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 13592<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05 Jun 2020 at 11:29am<br /><br />Last year for field day a group of us headed up 9000 feet in the Lincoln National Forest not far from Cloudcroft, NM.<div><br></div><div>It was a pretty rough road the last few miles but the r-pod survived....I took it slow and easy.</div><div><br></div><div>The team operated a small kit radio with a little 30 watt solar panel and small lithium battery, and a wire antenna strung up in the trees....this year I will probably just listen...funds are a bit limited this year....</div><div><br></div><div>BTW did you notice that there is a large tower in the background?</div><div><br></div><div><img src="https://www.rpod-owners.com/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" alt="T&#111;ngue" title="T&#111;ngue" /><br></div>]]>
