The hollow bumper is where it goes. I keep my 15 foot hose, the 90 deg elbow, 45 deg clear adapter, and the endcaps in mine. That's where I store mine on the 195; the 196 should have the same option.

We purchased a 5"x5" plastic fence post from Home Depot amd located it under the pod for sewage hose storage.
we also mounted a plastic box next to the fence post that holds the clear 90 degree connector.

My 2015 179 had a tube under the tongue where you could store the sewer hose which worked nicely.   I assumed that feature was factory installed when I purchased it new.   I just realized my new 2020 196 doesn't have this feature.  I looked everywhere and if there is another storage area specifically for the sewer hose, I can't find it.  

Should I purchase a tube and install in under the tongue similar to my 179?   I could also mount it on the to the top of the back bumper.   Thanks for any suggestions you have - stay safe out there.
