I have a ton of questions. If he can't answer them I'll be back here. Its nice to know there's a group. Hopefully, the modifications on my 2004 Toyota Sienna (transmission cooler, brake controller, hitch wiring modification) will be done today. I've been reading a whole bunch on the internet and a book. I would like to know your experience with getting service in locations other than the selling dealership since we're purchasing the unit in Richmond, MN & will be spending most of the year (8-9 mo) in coastal NC where the nearest dealerships are in northeastern NC & northern SC. Thanks in advance.

Bob
