Get a dual voltage TV, they’re not expensive. By the time you recover a few bucks on Craigslist for the old TV I think you’re ahead cost wise vs an inverter.<br /><br />As for watching stuff, get an Hdmi adapter for your smart device and you can either stream or play recorded video to the tv, while using Bluetooth to connect to the trailer audio system. ]]>

That, and there are bunches of USB ports that can be run on 12V as well. How elegant is that?]]>

I mounted mine under the dinette since that's where I worked. The inverter ran the second monitor and re-charged the laptop. That's it..&nbsp;</div><div>Personally, I have found the tv not to be useful at all. Barely gets any stations and don't like size nor location of mount, I took mine out. I use my laptop for movies and such.&nbsp;</div>]]>
