Actually the floor dropped below the guard. I used an aluminum strip placed it between guard and floor and replaced screws in bottom of guard with longer screws, been a couple years now.

Rock Guard Separating from trailer : The rock guard on our 2015 Pod...

    Author: CAhikers2x2
Subject: 13176
Posted: 15 Sep 2019 at 2:54pm

The rock guard on our 2015 Pod is separating along the front bottom edge of the trailer. This would be the 1 to 1 1/2" lip that wraps under the trailer and is screwed into the underneath base of the trailer. I think it fastens to the aluminum frame but I can't be sure. It looks like most or all of the screws along this lower lip are gone. And the rock guard is now pulling away from both side walls and the corner trim. The upper portion of the guard looks intact.

Has anyone had a similar situation??
How long are these screws?? Some in the area look rather short.

We have an 84 month extended coverage from Protective/XtraRide. I unfortunately don't think they cover "poor workmanship".
If any Pod owners give us some advice or tips on extended warranties, that too would be appreciated.
Thanks Everyone
