There is a lockout on the furnace if it doesn't start and run as it should. When you pull the fuse you are resetting that, so that is a very good hint. Here is the manual which has a troubleshooting guide which might help you sort it out.

My heater on my 2017 r Pod comes on the first time but then will not cycle back on when the temp drops. Sometimes if I turn it off and back on it will come on. If I take fuse out and put back in it always comes on. Not sure what is wrong?
