I don't believe the refrigerator vents were to blame in my case because the floor of the refrigerator compartment behind the vents was dry. I need to clarify that it was at the outer flange (window side of the slide-out) that was sealed by the dealer's service department. I can't say exactly where but I saw new sealant there.

Also, I did have a problem with the Eternabond tape that is on the top of the slide-out box. It was peeling up and getting a sticky adhesive mess on the rubber seals and the top of the slide-out box. I cleaned that up and put some silicone sealant down along the edge where it was peeling up. This is one case where lap sealant would not have been good as I needed it to get hard enough to not transfer to the rubber seal as the seal moved across the top of it.

Thank all of you for your help.

Update: Made a galvanized pan and created a 1" drop to the 10" depth to direct water towards vent and away from interior. We'll see how it works during the next heavy rain.

It turned out that it was leaking around the flange and/or Schwintek tracks and then running in through the frame. The dealer where we bought it did some extensive work resealing the slide-out. It hasn't leaked yet. I can't say exactly what was done, only that it took some time and cost more than I would have liked due to the number of hours it took. I believe they pressure tested it when they were done to make sure the leak was fixed. It hasn't leaked since.
