Each time I gor a response within hours. Clearly they have their customer service reps responding to customers over their cell phones. Very nice touch with quick response.
They never acknowledged that it was anything other than a failure of the customer to properly maintain the riser bolts, even when I told them I had pictures showing the bolts to be fine.

So, on 6/22 I sent a formal request in to the warranty department asking for reimbursement, figuring that at least it would get a conversation going. Cheap - we're talking about less than $1000 because as most of us know, the failure occurred in my driveway and not at highway speeds.

As of now I have heard NOTHING from them, not even an acknowledgement of my message being received.

So my question is -

?Is there a special department at Forest River that I should be contacting?
