I had this issue with mine and it was the seal between the spoiler and roof. I used Eternabond tape and fixed mine.]]>

We now think it might be from the 3 hinges that are at the top of the hatch door. We looked yesterday and can see the black edges of the rubber seals sticking out from under them. My husband is going to take a closer look at them today! ]]>

Check around the top of the spoiler and attachment area for the hatch door.. (sounds like that was what you did already) .. it's just a matter of tracking it down.. remember, silicone won't stick to itself, so the old has to be completely removed, not just covered or added to.]]>

It then runs down into the rear storage compartment and under the bunk beds. We just sealed the seam above the garage hoping that would solve the problem. It rained hard last night and had water in all 3 places again. ]]>
