Disconnect all of the power in the RV. That means unplug it from shore power and disconnect the battery. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.Reconnect the battery, plug it back into shore power, and reset the thermostat (following the process called out in the manual). It should now work.  Basically you are resetting.]]>

I reset the thermostat (by holding down the on/off button and + button at the same time) but I still get the E1 error.
