We have a CA cover as well, but it is lasting better. One thing that helps is that I pad any sharp edges with parts of a pool noodle before putting the cover on. As it is, I did not get the chance to put it on this past winter as we had it in for service and then I wanted to clean it up first. Now that it is clean, it is too close to the time we will be using it to bother. Make sure you polish your RPod with a good quality product (I really like the synthetic ones that can be applied in the sun and don't leave white hazy residue on the dark surfaces).

I bought a 2015 182G last year and have done some mods including

solar
under bunk gas shocks to lift for easier storage access
Tongue mounted spare tire
ac micro air capacitor for running ac on a Honda 2200i in eco mode
and under sink water filter for clean drinking water

I’m looking for a better trailer cover than the crappy one made by classic accessories. It only lasted me a year. Are there any other options or should I just budget to buy one of these a year?

Look forward to helping out and posting about my mods.
