If you clear your water lines, there will be a fair amount of air in the system, and especially the hot water because of the water heater. Just air still in the tank from when you last drained it probably. On our last dry camping trip to Anza Borrego St. Pk. we experienced low and intermittent water pressure, especially in the hot water line. Lots of what appeared to be trapped air. Naturally when we got home and tested our faucets they worked fine after a bit of spitting and spraying.
