To solve the problem I removed the cold water valve in the bathroom faucet. Attached a piece of hose line with a air tank coupler fitting on the hose to the city water inlet. Then set my air compressor to 40 psi, threw a towel over the removed faucet valve and connected the compressor to the hose and shot air threw the system which blew out what ever was clogging the cold water line to the sink. Presto, no more clogged water line.

The best I can offer is to start trouble shooting from the faucet end, remove the shower head and see if you have flow from the hose, remove the hose and see if you have flow from the fixture, etc.
